Rogue Maple Money Inc. is responsible for personal information under its control. This policy covers the public website at roguemaplemoney.com and its contact form. A service-specific agreement or policy may apply to a separate product, pilot, client workspace or advisory engagement.
Information we collect
When you start a conversation, we collect the name, role, organization, business email, optional phone number and optional notes you provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as request time, IP address, browser information and service logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Please do not submit mortgage applications, financial account details, government identifiers, health information or other highly sensitive personal information through the public contact form.
Purposes and consent
We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate a potential business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, secure the service and comply with legal obligations. By choosing to submit the form, you consent to those purposes. We will seek additional consent before using the information for a materially different purpose unless law permits or requires it.
Service providers and processing locations
We use contracted hosting, database and email-delivery providers to operate the site and receive inquiries. These providers process information for us under their service terms. We do not sell contact-form information or use it to train public artificial-intelligence models.

We then delete, de-identify or securely dispose of it. We use administrative, technical and contractual safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
